Ewa Chmielewska draws up notarial deeds when there is a legal obligation to do so or whenever clients wish to draw up contracts using notarial services. Area of expertise include residential property – sales and donations, wills, probate, commercial law, PoA. We ensure security of legal transactions, make sure that the terms are in compliance with the law and that the risk is controlled and allocated between the parties.

 

Our office is located outside of the city centre, it is easy to reach by private or public transport, parking lots are available in the immediate vicinity of the office.

Information and guidance

We explain specific legal issues, inform about the necessary documents, estimate taxes due as well as land and mortgages register fees. All information is available also in English.

Initial talk with the notary of civil law helps tailor and plan the solution / legal action most appropriate to clients’ needs. The notary will make sure the clients receive bespoke information and guidance as well as a thorough review of legal ramifications of available options.

Notarial deeds

When coming for a preliminary talk, please bring originals of documents with you.

Notarial deeds are drawn up in Polish; in the case of clients who do not speak Polish, the assistance of an interpreter is necessary (choice of the interpreter and their remuneration are on the client).

Practicalities

It is necessary to present the notary with a valid ID document. Some notarial deeds require the personal PESEL number to be listed. Payment for our services can be made in cash, by card or by transfer (transfers need to be accomplished prior to a notarial deed).
